The report includes all relevant device and app version details. I expected a more detailed response than sending another crash report to a different address, and also expected better response time from the SolidWorks team.”
• Experience: “An amazing app—I don’t understand why it received poor reviews. It matches my expectations. The measure and section tools cost a little, but it was worth it. Keep the files locally on your phone or in Google Drive. A couple of features I wish it had: (1) On the start screen, an option for ‘recent files’ or ‘choose a directory’ so it lists everything in that folder, and (2) when you press ‘add file,’ it should either default to the ‘latest used directory’ or let you pick a default folder.”
