The show never picks up where I left off—it always restarts. Other than that, I don’t have many complaints.”

• “I was disappointed to lose access to the Bounce network after moving from New York to rural North Carolina. It isn’t available through the Direct TV service I use for TV programming. I loved Bounce while my family and I lived in New York—it gave us shows like Saints & Sinners and Johnson, plus a mix of older and newer movie classics and comedy. After researching how to access Bounce in my new area, I learned I now have to purchase the Brown Sugar app. Loyal customers should’ve been warned ahead of time about the transition. It’s also upsetting that neither Bounce nor Brown Sugar is offered on my Direct TV service at all. Bounce and Brown Sugar should be included or easily accessible no matter where people live.”

Second, some of the shows I watch at home aren’t available in the app, so on the days I work I can’t watch them in the evenings. I wouldn’t mind paying if live streaming was available for channels like WE and OWN—those could be great. Shows such as Saints & Sinners, Greenleaf, Empire, Queen Sugar, and Underground are popular, and if I could also get sitcoms like Half & Half and One on One along with the rest, I’d be a loyal customer. Casting and live streaming would bring people back.”
