It’s a lifestyle app that lets you control Securus Home Series devices from one convenient place. Designed to feel simple and natural to use, it supports multiple devices on a single platform, so you can manage your smart home features right from your Android phone.

With Securus Mobile, you can handle everyday tasks such as controlling lights, adjusting temperature, and monitoring security cameras. The app’s layout is built for easy navigation, making it straightforward to move between features and settings. Because you can control multiple devices through one interface, you won’t need separate apps for each device.

• Create a Securus Online account (required for using the app and website).
• Change your password and 4-digit PIN.
• Set up security questions to make password resets easier.
• Enroll in Video Connect and schedule a video session with an incarcerated individual remotely from anywhere you have Wi‑Fi or cellular data. This is available at all Securus sites that offer Video Connect.
• View your upcoming scheduled Video Connect sessions.
• Sync upcoming session details with your calendar.
• Get notifications for upcoming video sessions.
• Manage photos for identification, review transaction history, and manage credit/debit cards.
• Run a quick Wi‑Fi/cellular test to estimate the connection quality for Video Connect.

Tips for Users

• You need a Securus Online account and to sign in to use eMessaging.
• Your eMessages are sent to and received from your eMessaging inbox—either on the website or inside the Securus mobile app.
• eMessages are funded by purchasing a book of “stamps”. Stamp prices vary by facility. After you choose your incarcerated individual, the stamp price will appear.
• Find your incarcerated individual and purchase a book of stamps.
