Any funds you don’t use will remain available until you spend them (minus any applicable fees, charges, or other amounts you may owe) or until you request to close your Account.

Review 1: Logging in can be frustrating. When signing in, a loading indicator may appear for about 30 seconds, then it disappears as if the sign-in attempt never happened. The cycle can repeat if you tap the sign-in button again. The reviewer managed to access the account after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but then had to repeat adding the phone as a device—even though it was already done. They also reported that the account balance wouldn’t display correctly (the balance line was blank and activity history was also blank despite account activity). They emphasize that fixing these issues is important because account access and visibility into transactions are essential.

Review 2: The reviewer is disappointed with the inability to use Ingo-Money in the app’s drop-down menu under “Deposit Check Funds”. They liked the idea of uploading a check photo for convenient depositing, noting they previously enjoyed mobile check upload via a different banking app. They felt that Money Network offers similar capabilities inside the app but they couldn’t access or enroll in them. They also mention trouble adding their banking information / Money Network card to a mobile wallet such as Apple Pay. Despite these concerns, they say they like a major feature: being able to lock the card with one swipe and unlock it just as quickly when they need to make transactions.
