May I cancel or change my order after it is submitted?

We start processing your order as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, after submission, you can’t change or modify order details such as the item, shipping address, or credit card information. If something needs correcting, you’ll need to submit a new replacement order. For more info, check the Return Policy.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

When will my credit card be charged for an order?

Your card is charged immediately after the order is submitted.

Can I place an order over the phone?

At this time, phone orders aren’t available—you can place orders only through the website.

Can I get a refund of sales tax if I have a resale/exemption certificate?

Yes. If you’re purchasing items for resale or if your organization is exempt from sales tax, you may request a sales tax refund by emailing cs@brandx.com. Include your order number in the email subject and attach a scanned copy of your resale/exemption certificate.

How would I know if my order was successfully placed?

During checkout, you should see a confirmation. You’ll also receive an email containing your order details and confirmation.

Why haven’t I received my order confirmation email?

Usually, this happens for one of two reasons: (1) the email address provided is outdated, incorrect, or no longer active; or (2) your spam filter may be blocking messages from us. Double-check your details and consider disabling any spam blocking that could be preventing delivery.

My order was cancelled—why is there still a charge on my credit card statement?

You may see a pending charge right after submitting your order. If your order was cancelled, we notify your bank to remove the pending charge. Depending on your bank’s authorization process, it can take 1 to several days to clear. For help, contact your bank directly.

My ordered was cancelled—what does this mean?

Sometimes items sell out so quickly that the website inventory doesn’t update in time with the order system. We update inventory as fast as possible, but occasionally certain items may be out of stock in our Fulfillment Center. When that happens, we try to find a replacement, though it isn’t always successful. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.

Payment follow-up:

• Credit card: the pending authorization should be released within a few business days.



• Debit card or PayPal: your statement may show a pending authorization; funds will be restored within 2–14 business days.
• Gift card: a replacement will be emailed to you.
• Rewards: any reward used is available until the printed expiration date.
