With a fast, simple workflow, the app can calculate your Course to Steer while factoring in tidal conditions. It also includes Optimised Departure tools to help you pick the best time to leave.

Because Neptune Planner contains the required astronomical tide calculations, your subscription lets you plan passages far into the future—so you can prepare years ahead. Route animations help you preview wind over tide scenarios and estimate cross track errors, letting you effectively “trial sail” your route before you depart.

Build a full passage plan in minutes, including route and leg details, a suggested Course to Steer, departure and arrival times, any screenshots you want to include, and crew information. The app can also generate an email for your plan—just add the recipient and send.

You can easily show or hide calendars whenever you want. The same flexibility carries over to tasks: create and organize tasks and projects, add sub-tasks, and use recurring task options.

The app provides multiple statuses and priorities for different styles of task management, along with built-in reminders to keep you on track.

Notes and Interface Optimization

Use Planner Plus to manage notes with unlimited notes, viewable by day, week, or month. The interface is designed to be quick and simple, so you can add, edit, and organize notes with minimal effort.

Dedicated modules for day, week, month, and tasks help you search through your records. You can also tailor your planning setup by choosing the first day of the week and the start view you prefer.

Subscriptions and Permissions

Planner Plus comes in an ad-supported version with certain feature limitations, plus a premium subscription for an ad-free experience. Premium is available as monthly or yearly billing.
