This fan project was created by Noah N. Copeland. It takes the Sega Game Gear game Sonic & Hedgehog Triple Trouble and imagines it as if it were a Mega Drive release. Development took five years using the Game Maker engine. It originally launched on PC, and later came to Android and macOS.

Key elements include redesigned levels, a true 16-bit pixel art presentation, and a new in-game mechanic that lets you switch between Sonic and Tails. The game first released on August 2, 2022.
