Coffee Story APK Introduction
Coffee Story APK Coffee Story APK is an adventure puzzle game where a sudden gender swap triggers a dream-world quest. Interact with creatures, solve cryptic puzzles, and uncover why the change keeps happening.
Coffee Story APK
In Coffee Story, you take control of a character who is unexpectedly turned into a girl. To figure out what caused the change—and stop it from continuing—you’ll team up with a friend and set off on an adventure. Along the way, you’ll meet and interact with all kinds of strange creatures, use items from your surroundings to solve puzzles, and eventually work your way back to being a man.
The game is still being developed. It’s built with modern engine technology to deliver sharper visuals and more detailed character models, while also introducing additional puzzles and new story moments for a more engaging experience.
Key Features
- Puzzle-heavy and text-heavy: The gameplay can feel cryptic, the puzzles are challenging, and there’s a lot of reading. If you want to avoid adult themes, skip this one.
- No official walkthrough: Figuring out what you can do is part of the fun. Much of the story can be followed without fully exploring the Dream World.
- Not fully finished: Expect bugs, incomplete sections, and moments that don’t quite add up yet.
- Freeplay access: You can explore the Dream World even with the main story disabled in Freeplay mode.
- Content notes: Includes pregnancy themes, forced feminization, gender swap, and additional transformation scenarios.
- Hardware requirements: It won’t run well on outdated devices. If your device can handle classic Skyrim (a roughly 14-year-old game), you should be fine.
- Pixel art, real-time animation: Scenes and characters are shown using animated pixel art at world scale, updated in real time. There are no CG cutscenes.
- Modular character sprites: Humanoid characters are built from many layered, hand-drawn sprite parts. For example, the head includes interchangeable components such as irises, eye shapes, front and back hair, mouth, eyebrows, special effects, and swap-ready palettes.

Highlights
- Reality–Dream Integration: Dream events don’t stay in your imagination—they physically change reality. Depending on what you do in dreams (like interacting with monsters or wandering through surreal places), your gender, relationships, and school life can shift, creating a more dynamic, non-linear story.
- Psychological Depth: The narrative examines trauma, identity, and escapism through characters such as Yuri (trying to find relief from nightmares), Nanami (using dreams to escape), and Kari (concealing a cracked inner self). Their character arcs connect with the protagonist’s struggle and reveal secrets about the Dream World’s beginnings.
- Homage-Inspired Dream Gameplay: Fans will notice influences from Yume Nikki and .flow, including pixel-art dream sequences, cryptic puzzle design, and nightmare-like entities. Coffee Story also adds Dream Sync, a system where repeating dream symbols can unlock abilities that alter reality.
- Multi-Layered Relationships: Conversation choices help you build bonds with Yuri, Kari, and Nanami—with dialogue that blurs the line between dreams and real life. For instance, helping Yuri face her nightmares may calm her mind, but could speed up the protagonist’s feminization. Supporting Nanami’s escape may also uncover hidden routes inside the Dream World.
- Trust-Based Outcomes: Each character has a Reality Anchor statistic that affects how vulnerable they are to dream corruption. If you ignore Kari’s fractured state, hostile dream effects may appear. Higher trust can unlock cooperative options to influence both worlds.

Changelog
Content Updates
- Added a new area within the Lab.
- Added new puzzles.
- Harlequins are back.
Story Updates
- Added new conversations to the dialogue pool.
- Added Yuri x 2, Rin x 3 — about 550 lines of dialogue.
- Expanded Lab lore through memos, reports, and emails. These work like a hint system similar to Woods’ Journal.
Notable Fixes and Changes
- Fixed the cat crash (hoping this is permanent).
- Reduced cat movement range so it won’t wander into doors.
- Squidrabbit no longer affects genitalia in the real world.
- Unwidow no longer affects genitalia in the real world.
- Updated a few flags in the Beach Episode. This won’t change anything immediately, but old saves may miss some flags later.
- Fixed the GUI offset when storing items into the fridge or storage cupboard.
- Fixed the text log appearing above the Esc menu.
- Sludge nightmare now correctly sets flags so the PC is female when manually triggered from the Dream Home.
- Saving at night with only 10 Stamina (save cost is 10) now saves properly. In this case, stamina drops to 1.
- Journal Entry Page 8 now displays the full text.
- The intro hologram color changed to purple (though visibility is still limited).
- The Kari weather conversation that triggers “It’s a Beach Episode” now tells you it should be sunny to start it.
- “It’s a Beach Episode” now requires the Dream Home to be unlocked before it can be triggered.
- Removed redundant “About” dialogue for Rin in Mansion/Lab.
- The Quality 4 stove option no longer changes stats before cooking.
- You can now move without changing pose (some players assumed control changes were a bug).
- Typos aren’t tracked directly, but there have been many fixes—thanks to anyone who helps. Posting typos in Discord is noted as the fastest way.
