If some friends don’t appear in Sync.ME, it’s usually due to privacy settings on those platforms. Many social networks—especially Facebook—restrict how third-party apps can access user data. These limits are controlled by the social network and by each user’s own privacy preferences.

For example, if a friend has disabled third-party access to their profile information on Facebook, their details won’t be available to Sync.ME and won’t show up in the app’s Facebook friends list. This isn’t caused by Sync.ME itself, but by external privacy restrictions.
