Netcut Introduction
Netcut Netcut is a mobile network management tool for Android that scans connected WiFi devices, shows IP/MAC details, monitors bandwidth with graphs, and lets you disconnect or block users for better control.
Netcut
Netcut is a mobile-focused network management tool. It lets you configure your connectivity, identify nearby networks, connect to them, and manage who has access. You can also view your network usage in graphical form to help you control and reduce data consumption. Designed for broad compatibility, Netcut runs on most devices and is regularly updated to add new functions and improve network security.
Key Features of Netcut

Device Detection and Monitoring
Netcut automatically scans your current WiFi and shows every device connected to it. For each device, you can see useful details such as IP address, MAC address, and device name. This is especially helpful for spotting unknown/unauthorized devices or finding which devices are using the most bandwidth.

The app also includes usage graphs, making it easier to notice devices that may be slowing your network by consuming excessive data.
Network Management Tools
A core capability of Netcut is the ability to cut off internet access for a selected device directly from the app. After you pick a device from the scanned list, that device can be removed from network access immediately—helping ensure only trusted devices remain connected.
To make selections clearer, Netcut allows you to customize device names so you can recognize devices more easily.

You can also block devices permanently. Once blocked, those devices can’t reconnect until you explicitly unblock them inside Netcut. This gives you extra control for shared WiFi networks and helps prevent repeated access attempts by persistent intruders.
ARP Spoofing Protection (Netcut Defender)
Netcut includes a security add-on called Netcut Defender. It helps protect your connection from ARP spoofing, a common local-network threat—particularly on public WiFi or networks with weaker security.
When Defender detects suspicious spoofing activity, it can alert you and help mitigate the risk, supporting safer data transfer and reducing the chance of interception or unauthorized intrusion.
Full Control of Your WiFi Network (Android)
Netcut is an Android network management utility that helps you monitor, detect, and control devices connected to your WiFi. Developed by Arcai.com, it brings a range of network management functions—often seen on desktop tools—into a mobile interface.

FAQ

Can I freely change an adapter’s MAC address (clone it from another PC)?
Yes. With Netcut 2.0.9, changing/cloning MAC addresses is possible and is described as easy, free, fast, and safe.
Tip: If you’ve used Netcut for years, note that it offers more than just “cutting” access.
Before tapping “Change,” complete these steps:
- Select the adapter you want to change.
- Select the PC to clone the MAC address from.
- Tap the “Change Mac” button.
What happens when you tap “Change”?
- 1) Netcut stops monitoring the selected adapter.
- 2) Netcut stops sending packets to the gateway and the device being affected.
- 3) Netcut reads the MAC value from the input box and applies it as the MAC for the currently selected Netcut adapter.
- 4) The network adapter is disabled.
- 5) The network adapter is re-enabled.

Note: Steps 3, 4, and 5 may fail if you are not a local administrator or if a firewall blocks actions like “change register/change network status.” If it fails, Netcut may show a status window—then you’ll need to manually restart the network adapter and restart Netcut. After that, Netcut will resume monitoring/sending packets.
- 6) Netcut resumes monitoring and sending packets to the gateway.
What does “Clone MAC address from a PC in your network” mean?
- 1) Choose a PC from Netcut’s detected PC list.
- 2) Tap “Change MAC”.
- 3) The screen should show full details of the selected PC, including:
- MAC address
- IP address
- Host name (may not appear if NetBIOS and reverse DNS protocols are not followed)
- 4) Tap “Change” to set your own PC’s network card MAC.
