The Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) has issued requirements tied to weaknesses found in security protocols used by older operating systems. Starting June 30, 2018, the myCellcom app will no longer support Android versions below 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) to help protect security.

Android 4.0 through 4.4.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich, Jelly Bean, and KitKat) will remain supported. However, you’ll need to install the latest Google Play Services so the app works correctly.
