Answer: Wait until the tournament embed appears with the join button. It will be shown five minutes before the tournament starts. If you have the required platform role, you’ll receive a notification and be granted access automatically. If you want notifications, claim the platform role in the ⁠Channels & Roles section.

What is the procedure for updating the results?

Answer: After your match, tap Win or Lose depending on the outcome. Once both participants have updated correctly, the final result will appear in an embed.

What should I do if I can’t connect with my opponent?

Answer: First, confirm both players tried hosting the match—switching between Wi‑Fi and mobile data if needed. If it still fails, try using a VPN to see whether it fixes the connection.

If matchmaking still doesn’t work after these steps, resolve it with a coin flip. You must choose heads or tails, then run the /coinflip command three times to determine a best-of-three outcome.

Note: You don’t have to wait for tournament staff—yourself is fine as long as your opponent has been informed of your choice.

Important: Tournament finals should not be decided by coin flips. If the finalists don’t play the match, the tournament will be canceled.

What should I do if I updated my result, but my opponent is unresponsive?

Answer: Update your result as early as possible. If your opponent does not plan to update, you’ll be awarded the win automatically when the round ends.
