How does hicaller! identify mobile numbers?

hicaller! uses a database containing 50 million+ mobile numbers to recognize callers you don’t have saved. The database is continuously growing to improve results over time.

Why can’t I log in to the app using Facebook?

This can happen due to an older Facebook version installed on your phone. Update the Facebook app on your device, then try again.

How do I use Smart Search?

On the hicaller app home screen, enter the 10-digit mobile number you want to search for, then tap the Search button to view the person’s details.

Is hicaller available for iPhone or Windows Phone too?

Live Caller ID isn’t working—what should I do?

Check your phone settings:

• Go to General > Application manager > hicaller.
• Make sure “Show notifications” is enabled.

Important: Caller ID requires a 3G or Wi‑Fi connection to work properly. Also confirm that Caller ID is enabled inside the hicaller app settings.

Please note that Caller ID is not supported on some devices.
