Tabata HIIT Introduction

Tabata HIIT Tabata HIIT is a high-intensity interval training timer for Android, offering preset and custom work/rest schedules with color cues, beeps or voice alerts, and Google Fit compatibility.

Tabata HIIT

Tabata HIIT is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) timer built to make workouts easier to run and easier to stay consistent with. Whether you’re doing classic Tabata, HIIT sessions, kettlebell work, bodyweight routines, or interval running, the app acts as your training partner—handling the timing so you don’t have to watch the clock.

The interface is designed to keep your attention on effort and form. It helps you manage work and rest intervals so you can focus on intensity instead of timing. Start quickly with pre-set classic Tabata settings, then fine-tune the plan anytime by adjusting the duration of exercises, rest periods, and cooldown.

You’ll also get a color-coded display for fast, at-a-glance progress, plus the ability to save preset interval routines for different training styles. To guide you through each round, the app can use sound alerts (beeps) and a voice cue when new intervals begin.

For added motivation, it can work alongside your favorite music during training. If you want to track your progress over time, the app supports Google Fit so you can record workout info such as estimated calories burned and heart-rate data (requires additional compatible hardware and a Pro purchase).

Features

Tabata HIIT

  • Fat-burning focus — Supports exercise planning aimed at helping you balance training and reduce excess fat over time, so your body stays toned.
  • Tabata HIIT

  • Flexible training schedule — Works for busy routines while maintaining efficiency. You can adjust the plan at any time, but the app still encourages discipline: 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 8 rounds (about 4 minutes total) is a common classic setup.
  • Many exercise options — Helps you organize training by areas like glutes, thighs, legs, abs, and biceps. Switch between upper and lower body to avoid boredom. The app guides you through exercises with details, pictures, and voice, and you move to the next activity only when the timer for the current one ends.
  • Results statistics (Tabata HIIT 4.07) — Keeps the full training history and displays progress using clear indicators. You can compare muscle-group changes from start to current, and view a stats table with date, completion time, and calories burned.

Benefits

  • Create Your Plan — The app offers options aligned with your goals, as long as you provide the right information for tracking.
  • Variety of Options — Over time, you can access different exercise categories—for example, workouts targeting abs, fat burning, or exercises suited to your body and experience.
