You can also share recordings with friends or convert audio to text whenever you need it. For organization, the app lets you bookmark important files so you can return to them easily. Security is handled through cloud storage: important audio is uploaded to the cloud, and you can download it to a new device by signing into your account.

Recording is only half the story—the app also helps you keep track of what you save. You can store, rename, and organize your audio files, and you can use categories to separate work, study, and personal notes.

Note about current layout: earlier versions included an uncategorized default list for new recordings. In recent updates, that view was removed. Now you’ll mainly see an “All Recordings” list plus whatever categories you create. If you depended on the uncategorized bucket to quickly spot brand-new clips, this updated setup may feel less convenient.
