How to Restore Your Subscription (App Store Subscribers)

If you subscribed using Apple In-App purchase and you can’t log in, follow these steps to identify your username:

• Open the WATCH IT app.



• Log in to any account—your screen will redirect you to the subscription page.
• Tap Restore Purchase.

How to Reset or Change Your Password

You can reset your password using the steps below:

• Go to the website or open the app, then tap Forgot password.
• Enter the email you subscribed with, or 201xxxxxxxxx if you subscribed through a telecom operator.
• You’ll receive an email or SMS. Tap Reset Password or open the reset link.



• Enter your new password and confirm it.
• If you can’t find the message in your inbox, check Spam/Junk.

You can also change your password like this:

• Open the website or launch the app and log in.
• Tap Profile, then Account Settings.
• Select Change Password, enter your current and new password, then tap Save.

Deleting Your WATCH IT Account

If you want to delete your WATCH IT account, the process is simple. Please note: deleting your account will also remove your Watchlist and Watch History, and this cannot be undone.

For Non-Subscribed Users

• Open the WATCH IT app.



• Sign in using the email linked to your account.
• Tap Delete account.
• Confirm that you want to delete your account.

For Subscribed Users

• Open the WATCH IT app.
• Sign in using the email linked to your account.
• Tap the profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
• Select My Account.
• In account settings, find and choose Delete Account.
• Confirm your decision.

Important: Deleting your account permanently removes your data from WATCH IT and cannot be reversed. Make sure you’re ready before confirming.
