How to Fuck in a Zombie Apocalypse? Introduction
How to Fuck in a Zombie Apocalypse? Explore a zombie-ridden post-apocalypse where survival depends on scavenging, stealth, and hard choices. Build relationships, face moral dilemmas, and track sanity as the story keeps updating.
How to Fuck in a Zombie Apocalypse?
In this game, you’re dropped into a zombie-ridden, post-apocalyptic world. After surviving for years inside a shelter, you’ll step into a sprawling, “legendary” adventure of your own. Gather supplies and useful items to keep going, meet a variety of characters, and figure out what they really want before deciding whether they should be allowed into your shelter. Strengthen bonds through everyday conversations, activities, and limited-time events that gradually deepen relationships. The game is updated regularly with fresh gameplay elements, new materials, and additional storylines—so there’s always something new to experience.
Key Features
Resource Scarcity
- Scavenge essentials like ammunition and first-aid kits across abandoned cities, hospitals, and ruined shelters.
- Non-lethal encounters matter: condoms are described as critical items for safer interactions.
Zombie Avoidance
- Use noise-canceling headphones or rely on stealth without weapons to slip past large groups.
- Be careful: triggering combat can burn through stamina, which you’ll need later for higher-priority tasks.
Sanity System
- Your mind can be affected by hunger or by romance failures.
- When stress hits, your perceptions shift—potential allies may appear hostile, and zombies may even seem like “romantic” hallucinations.
Risky Relationships
- Build alliances with survivors who might betray you, or who may accept desperate deals.
- These trades can involve medicine, weapons, or favors.

Moral Dilemmas
- Make harsh choices such as sacrificing weaker allies to increase protection.
- Use threats like blackmail to obtain supplies.
- Confront uncomfortable truths about society’s collapse through taboo decisions.

Reputation System
- Your actions influence how factions view you.
- If you act aggressively, you may spark territorial wars.
- If you play tactically, you might uncover hidden locations such as brothels or weapon caches.

Player Comments
Community feedback
One reviewer notes that the game feels less like empty complaining and more like an active conversation with the developers. They claim the dev listens to feedback and implements changes based on reported issues, even if players sometimes react loudly with one-star reviews. The reviewer also appreciates the dev for continuing through criticism and looks forward to future updates.
V0.11 impressions
Another player tested V0.11 and then moved on to V0.13, describing it as primarily a survival game with a light RPG layer (level-ups that increase life points). They mention base improvements, recruiting women who unlock more base options, and a map that updates every time you enter a new area. They also say there’s a way to gather all resources without fighting by searching items in the bags of other dead survivors.
The same comment includes one downside: the player only enjoys zombie-related interactions and can only spy on other women, but hopes more content will become available soon.
What still feels broken
A separate review praises the overall atmosphere but points out areas that need fixing—especially a moment involving the first encounter with a zombie girl. The reviewer says the scene is confusing (it feels like a factory at first, though it’s actually a house), and they report a bug where certain zombie characters (notably numbers 4 to 6) appear invisible during an expected fight in a house across the street. They tried restarting the game but the issue reportedly persisted.

Overall, the reviewer says they’re still enjoying the game despite these problems, and that it appears to be in early development.
