Warrior of the North Wood Introduction
Warrior of the North Wood Embark on a story-driven casual RPG as Linda Wright battles an evil lord’s corrupt magic. Use different weapons to fight monsters and bosses, unlock new areas and outfits, and decide your fate.
Warrior of the North Wood
Warrior of the North Wood is a story-driven game where you step into the role of Linda Wright as she fights back against an evil lord spreading corrupting magic across the world. Along the way, you’ll face a variety of foes and monsters, switching between different weapons to win battles and gradually unlock new regions and outfits.

Stay sharp—one careless moment can be the difference between victory and a defeat by a powerful boss. If you lose, you’ll see the appropriate defeat cutscenes and suggestive animations triggered by the encounter.
As the story continues, the threats only intensify. Will Linda become the savior the world needs, or will you watch her fall into the dark pull of desire?
Characters
Linda Wright (The Warrior of the North Wood)
Linda Wright—better known as the Warrior of the North Wood—is a mysterious red Foxcat who appeared in the old oak forests of the northern lands. Her mission seems clear: dismantle a corrupted nobility that uses dark magic to control and oppress their people.
At first, she didn’t seem like much of a threat. Many dismissed her as just another troublemaker trying to gain attention. But everything changed when the first of the dark lords was found dead—and the artifacts he carried were gone.
Unlike other heroes who linger for praise, Linda left just as quickly as she arrived. She didn’t rally crowds or broadcast calls for justice and equality. Instead, the only sign was a rumor: the Warrior of the North Wood had struck again, and another royal had fallen.
Whispers spread fast. Some claimed she was an assassin working for a larger power. Others believed she was collecting powerful artifacts for an unknown, sinister goal. And still others saw her as a sign of justice—proof that the right kind of hero could exist.

No matter what people believed, Linda kept moving. She slipped into each Lord and Lady’s court with careful precision, then struck without mercy—stealing their strength and power before disappearing.
Linda’s Legendary Weapon: Soul Dagger
For all the legendary items she’s stolen, Linda is only known to rely on one weapon: the Soul Dagger.
Legends say a Wild Wizard forged it for her—binding Linda’s very essence to the Dagger. The result is a weapon whose power exceeds anything that came before it. Mundane weapons break under it, and magic runes or incantations fizzle as the Dagger cuts through them. And if Linda doesn’t choose to release it, no mortal hands can remove it.
That power has a cost. If someone manages to take the dagger from Linda and keep it for themselves, they gain influence over her for as long as they hold it. Even worse, separating the dagger from its original holder weakens the true owner, while long-lasting separation—or being far away—can be deadly.
The Disappearance

For years, Linda struck down one noble after another. Yet every time she removed a target, it felt like two more simply took their place. Bounties were posted for her, militias were sent out, and it seemed the entire kingdom was determined to find her—until the whispers stopped.
Weeks passed and she was never seen. Months passed with no new victims. Eventually, years went by, and people began to forget her entirely. Some suspected she had retired. Others believed she’d finally been caught and disposed of.
As quietly as she appeared, she vanished again—like so many other legendary protectors. Hope is fading, and those who still search for justice and freedom are becoming harder to find. Meanwhile, those who refuse to give up pray for the return of the Crimson Lady, the Green-Eyed Viper, and the Warrior of the North Wood.
