Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Baldur's Gate II is a celebrated action-adventure strategy RPG that drops you into a grim dark-fantasy world. You play as an amnesiac hero, forced to push through dangerous dungeons while uncovering the truth behind your past. With colorful, high-quality visuals, you can roam through a wide range of locations, meet strange characters, and follow a deep storyline shaped by your choices.
The game shines with exciting magical combat, a strong character progression system, and a gripping campaign focused on discovering the origin of your hidden history.

Excellent Storyline
“Those who fight monsters should be careful not to become monsters themselves… When you stare into the abyss, the abyss stares back.”
You wake up in trouble—kidnapped, imprisoned, and tortured. The wizard Irenicas has locked you inside his fortress, trying to drain away the powers you were born with.
Can you resist the darkness inside, craft a true heroic legend, and finally destroy the cruel force haunting your nightmares? Or will you give in to your monstrous instincts, unleash devastation across every realm, and rise all the way to becoming the new King of Slaughter—ascending into godhood?
Amazing Performance
Baldur's Gate 2: Enhanced Edition offers even more content and fresh experiences. Along with the original campaigns “Shadows of Amn” and “Throne of Baal”, the game includes a new DLC: “Black Pit 2: Gladiators of Tey.”
This addition keeps long-time fans engaged while giving new players plenty of new places to explore.

In “Shadows of Amn” and “Throne of Baal”, you’ll follow multiple quest chains that tie into the main narrative. On top of that, developer Beamdog has added many extra side quests, making the world feel unusually large and packed with things to do.
Wonderful Features
- Throne of Baal: Head into Teythel for the climactic chapter of the Sons of Baal saga, exploring treasure-filled halls in Watcher's Keep.
- Fist of the Fallen: Assist the Sun Soul monk Rashad as he seeks peace amid his quest for vengeance, and decide the fate of a forbidden sect.
- Blood for Blood: Team up with Blackguard Dorn and unleash a brutal storm across the realms while he tries to keep up with his dark overlord's growing hunger for blood.
- Voices in the Dark: Recruit the mysterious thief Hexat and help her retrieve lost relics from tombs far from Zahara.
- Defend the Wilderness: Stand up for the innocent and fight beside Wilderness mage Nira against the ruthless Red Robe School of Wizardry.

- Widescreen and More: Full widescreen support, remastered environments made from the original renders, plus many other interface and gameplay improvements.

User's Comments
- Played it as a kid, but didn’t fully understand it then. The game is huge, and using a hard difficulty slows your progress in a way that feels satisfying. Character customization felt limited, but customizing the overall experience felt very strong—more than in many other games. The only real annoyance was pathfinding, though you get used to it. Also, the text size complaints are a mystery to me—I like the port.
- At launch, you couldn’t resize text. Now there is, so it’s actually readable. On mobile, you’ll need to approach the game a bit differently than on PC (for example, using more auto-pausing), but it’s still just as fun. Saves happen extremely fast, so you can jump in for a few minutes, finish a fight, and save. If you haven’t played it before, it’s worth getting on PC for the best experience—though it’s definitely playable on mobile.
- This is awesome—grab a cheap Bluetooth mouse or stylus from any store. If you already have a Bluetooth keyboard, even better, since pausing with only a mouse can get uncomfortable. It’s surprising how positive the reception is given the lack of many real games on Google Play. Thanks for the port—some of us truly appreciate it.
