To move forward, you’ll need to collect a set number of colorful cushions for each level. Complete the stage to earn stars based on your performance. Conversations

The game includes plenty of character conversations, with girls interacting directly with you. Each storyline comes with its own problem to solve—often by sharing your choice or opinion. After finishing what’s happening in the living room, the story continues into the bedroom, where you can replace the bed, add a cupboard, and even place a bed lamp. You’ll be asked for decisions at different points, and it’s up to you which items to add or select. Since the villa has a lot of space, you won’t decorate everything at once—you’ll handle maintenance and updates room by room.

Play the Minigame

The minigame is where you earn money and stars. These resources help you purchase more items. The core feels like classic Match-3, but Matchington still gives careful guidance. Even if you’ve played similar games, each level includes specific instructions and a move limit. Keep an eye on the requirements shown on the left side and collect the matching color icons.

Match 3 identical symbols (same color) that are close to each other to score. While this type of minigame isn’t brand-new, it’s woven directly into the gameplay loop in Matchington Mansion.

• Your main job is to match blocks of the same color so they line up horizontally or vertically in groups of 3–4 or more. Every successful match clears those blocks and grants a bonus.
• After each Match-3 board, you’ll receive the corresponding furniture items needed for your current decoration goals. The game offers hundreds (and even thousands) of items, with many color variations. You can also adjust sizing to better fit the room you’re decorating.
• Don’t miss rare screen items. Using them can trigger powerful power-combo effects, helping you clear lots of items at once—and earn more money.
• With the money you collect, you can buy as many furniture pieces as you like. Each new item unlocks more styling options, letting you build increasingly aesthetic rooms. When you finish decorating a room, you’ll earn bonus points and open a new room with fresh interior challenges.
• There are many rooms to explore—even messy ones. You’ll need to redecorate them to bring the mansion back to its former glory.
• Expect long-term motivation: complete decoration tasks, meet interesting characters, and follow the special story of the main character.

Your gold rewards depend on both your skill and how the stage goes. In certain cases, if you complete the stage requirements and still have moves left, those leftover moves can turn a normal element into a booster-type element.
