Lifeguard Holic Introduction
Lifeguard Holic Lifeguard Holic is a casual pool management simulation where you run a swimming venue, earn coins, grow your business, and build trust with unique characters to unlock story-driven swim scenes.
Lifeguard Holic
Lifeguard Holic blends casual play with simulation-style management. You step into the role of an MC who ends up accidentally taking ownership of a swimming pool. Once a captain of the university swim team, you use this pool to make up for old regrets—earn coins to grow your operation, and draw in visitors to build your own “harem.” Each character comes with her own background and personality.

To unlock related intimate scenes and animations, you’ll need to approach the characters and earn their trust first—especially during swim lessons. The game is still in continuous development, with updates planned. Future versions aim to improve visuals and refine the storyline, adding more enticing scenes and characters.
Characters
- Aoi Mizuhara — 23: A shy college student who used to be bullied, gradually learning how to speak up for herself. She also has a caring boyfriend who, on the surface, gives off the “perfect pure girlfriend” vibe. But privately, Aoi’s arousal grows around restraint, control, and coercive play. She records these feelings in her diary while struggling with guilt over desires her boyfriend can’t seem to satisfy.
- Minami Kitagawa — 27: Currently out of work and living at her younger twin sister Kagura’s place. In the past, she ran with delinquent groups and shows strong exhibitionist instincts. She enjoys swimming nude or wandering around in underwear—an unapologetic, thrill-seeking type. Her story explores how someone who’s long been the “hunter” slowly finds herself becoming the “prey.”
- Ryoma Sakamoto: Former captain of his university swim team. After a career-ending injury, he decides to live with urgency and commit fully to chasing women. After winning a poker match, he gains control of the pool through tactics that sit right on the edge—leaving him surrounded by swimsuit beauties and giving him the ideal stage to unleash his “womanizer” skills.

Player Comments
- “It’s basically a long demo. It runs well, and it’s entertaining. The best part is the interactive content. Hoping Tiramisu won’t hand this IP to Critical Shit and have them ruin it. Bon voyage—also, word limit needs to be met.”
- “The art is excellent, but the execution doesn’t quite land (which honestly feels like a recurring theme for Tiramisu games). The stretching visuals are fantastic, but the overall gameplay loop feels shallow and not very interactive. The ‘ticket’ system doesn’t seem to do much beyond generating money—unless the full version adds more fun interactions, in which case I’ll update my review. The interactions between the MC and the girls also feel a bit hollow: he shows up, pesters them, and then suddenly they give in. I would’ve preferred a more connected story, but that’s often the case with these ‘legend’ games nowadays. The sex scenes and the art shown so far are solid; I personally just prefer full CGs over sprites.”
- “A masterpiece, like all his other games. You can only set high expectations—and they end up being exceeded.”
- “I know this is just a test version, but if by chance t…” (comment appears cut off)
