Rated 19 Introduction
Rated 19 Rated 19 is a casual superpower adventure set after humanity vanishes for ages 19+. Play as a teen as alliances, factions, and your choices shape a unique, evolving story.
Rated 19
Rated 19 puts you in the shoes of a young student on the verge of graduating high school. Then something bizarre happens: everyone older than 19 disappears from the world overnight. The result is a massive, world-altering upheaval—one that reshapes everything.
Those who remain suddenly discover that they’ve gained incredible superhuman powers. From there, you’ll explore a drastically changed world, meet all kinds of people, and get pulled into major events as the story unfolds.
Progress often comes down to building trust with your companions. By earning their favor, you’ll gradually unlock more intense intimate scenes and additional animations. The game is also actively updated, with new characters, story moments, and sensual content added over time to keep things fresh.
Key Features
- Power awakening: Physical and mental abilities surface, giving teens extraordinary strength and skills for taking control.
- Faction pressure: Different groups compete for dominance, and you’ll have to navigate the growing tensions between them.
- Your choices matter: Decisions you make throughout the game influence alliances, enemies, and even your final outcome.
- Rich world exploration: The reformed world is packed with detail, encouraging you to search every corner for answers.
- Deep character motivation: Each character’s background and goals are tied closely into the main narrative for a more immersive experience.
- Choice-driven development: As the protagonist moves through the chaos, the story branches based on what you do—so no two runs feel exactly the same.
Changelog

Version v0.4

- Content update: v0.4 includes 1,600+ static images and 13,500+ words.
- Extra images added: After the release dates were already posted, an additional 100 static images were added because the developer realized an entire scene had not been fully rendered. The issue was discovered while coding that scene into Ren’Py.
- Visual mistake note: A specific character’s clothing color may appear to change in one scene. This happens because the HS2 studio doesn’t reliably load the shirt colors selected for that character. The problem was noticed only after everything was completed during a final bug-check playthrough.
- Next fix: The developer apologizes and says they’ll correct it in the next version—“probably.”
In short: v0.4 is finally here.
Player Comments
A reviewer says it’s been a while since they found a game engaging enough to justify writing a full review. They also mention that, when rating an erotic game, they evaluate storytelling differently than they would for a standard title.
They feel many similar games on the site prioritize quick payoff from sex scenes, often at the expense of story. For them, the best satisfaction comes from having some buildup before those eventual scenes.
They note that, up through the 0.4 update, the most explicit moment is described as a grinding scene. They felt it didn’t come off as unnatural or like a “porn-only” plot because there were proper setup scenes and the two characters are long-time friends, which creates rapport.
The reviewer also calls out the protagonist as a positive: they dislike cowardly or unconfident main characters who are handed success or learn everything on the fly. In contrast, they say this protagonist is the opposite, and when he earns respect or achievement, it feels deserved—so they understand later why he’s given the role of school leader.
They add that the protagonist isn’t a “robotic, dry” character, but rather has charisma. They also highlight the dialogue as a strength, claiming it feels like real conversation rather than stiff back-and-forth.

On the overall dystopian plot, they say it’s not trying to reinvent the genre, but it still brings individuality through interesting plot points and characters. They enjoy how conflicts and enemies are set up, and they believe the stakes and faction/group dynamics make the story intriguing enough to keep playing long term.

They close by mentioning they also appreciate when stories don’t ignore “bro” and male characters outside the main character—though the provided text cuts off mid-sentence.
