Portals of Phereon is an adult-focused strategy game where you play as a traveler across dimensions. Step through randomly generated portals and move between very different settings—think thick forests, fiery volcanic zones, and more—each one shaped by its own set of challenges.

Every portal introduces new hurdles. Some areas may demand a specific capability (for example, reaching secret locations might require a character that can fly). Because portals are generated anew, your runs stay fresh and unpredictable.

You’ll also recruit a wide range of characters and races. Breed and combine them to produce hybrid offspring with distinct genetic traits and attributes—use those traits to survive the dangers that await beyond each portal.

Characters

• 3 main character types: female, male, and futa—each with different abilities, goals, and play patterns.



• Many base species (currently 10): Beast, Centaur, Harpy, Succubus, Mermaid, Plant, Insect, Lavagirl, Lizard, and a Light Creature.
• Hybrid recruitment pool: you can create hybrids from all possible combinations of the base species for your roster.
• Special hybrids: some hybrids go beyond two base species and include additional unique genetic combinations.
• NPCs: most NPCs are either variants of the base species or entirely unique individuals.

Tips & Tricks

• Breeding for specific challenges: Because each portal can impose environmental needs (such as flight requirements or fire resistance), you’ll want to breed accordingly. This makes squad planning just as important as tactical decisions during encounters.
• Risk vs. reward during exploration: Going deeper can grant rare species, stronger equipment, and story triggers. But pushing too far also increases the chance of losing your best characters—so you’ll often choose between safer progression and high-stakes dives.
• Endgame goals and customization: Later content includes evolving quests and special NPC options, giving you long-term targets like refining perfect hybrid lines or attempting ultra-difficult portals. Since breeding and team composition are in your control, the game supports high replay value.
