Biotech Forbidden Zone is an adult-themed, side-scrolling action game. You take on the role of Eisha and conduct a solo investigation in the zombie-filled streets of City R. Your goal is to push forward through waves of undead, using a variety of weapons to break through enemies blocking your route and to discover what’s really behind the outbreak.

During combat, you can perform different combo actions by pressing different buttons—great for clearing out large groups quickly. But stay alert: if zombies surround you and defeat you, you’ll be possessed, which leads to unlockable intimate content including H-scenes. Move carefully—always.

Player Notes & Tips

• There are no dedicated jump or up/down movement commands—controls stay straightforward.



• Press Esc to bring up the pause screen.
• When enemies attack, their movement speed increases. Many try to flank you from behind rather than pressing head-on, which can be frustrating.
• Enemies that work to get behind you may chase relentlessly until they reach an attack position.
• You can turn this into an advantage: run around in circles to pull them behind you, then unleash a Super Special Move—it feels especially satisfying because it can clear them out quickly.
• X (Throw) can be used, but it doesn’t reliably hit surrounding targets. You may not rely on it much.
• Ctrl (Shooting) tends to have weak damage and limited range, but it’s useful for interrupting enemy actions, including tough enemies with super armor.
• All enemies have two attack types: a normal attack and an H attack (marked by a red glow).
• Both types deal 10 damage, with a health cap of 100.



• If you’re hit by an H attack, you’ll be restrained. You can escape by flicking the lever; otherwise, you’ll be subjected to H.
• The gallery isn’t available until the H sequence ends.
• If your health reaches 0
• When your health hits 0, you’ll see a defeat H scene, but it may vary depending on how far you are in the stage (likely different for stages 1–2 vs. stage 3 vs. stage 4 boss).
