Craft The World Introduction
Craft The World Build a dwarf kingdom in Craft The World: mine resources, craft gear, and survive underground dangers. Play solo or team up in multiplayer, manage jobs, and unlock skills to defeat enemies.
Craft The World
Craft The World is a one-of-a-kind survival simulation that mixes building, combat, and a playful “toy-like” twist across multiple worlds. You’ll travel between different environments, where every region brings new threats and challenges. Play solo, or team up with friends in multiplayer. As you progress, the game’s distinctive skill system lets you teach your characters new abilities—helping them grow stronger and tackle tougher enemies.

Gameplay
Step into a creative sandbox where exploration and survival go hand in hand. You’ll take on the role of a fearless adventurer, push deep into a massive underground world, and construct your own growing settlement. To survive, you must gather materials, raise new facilities, and craft the tools and weapons needed to deal with monsters and other hazards below.
You can collect resources in several ways, such as:
- Mining to extract useful materials
- Cutting trees for wood and related supplies
- Planting and farming to sustain your settlement
Once you have resources, you’ll use them to build and improve the essentials—homes, crafting stations, traps, and other structures—so your residents can live comfortably and stay protected from attacks.
Teamwork and planning are key. You’ll manage your residents and assign tasks to keep production running smoothly and ensure you have enough supplies. You can also develop different roles—like miners, farmers, and warriors—to improve both efficiency and defense. Throughout your journey, quests and events add variety, and you may meet helpful NPCs, tougher enemy groups, and hidden treasures. By completing objectives and defeating foes, you’ll unlock new skills and equipment to keep advancing.
Features
God-Simulation
You command a tribe of dwarves by issuing orders such as digging in specific areas, attacking enemy creatures, and constructing houses and other structures. Your dwarves need food and clothing, and when conflict erupts, you can also assist them with magic against other inhabitants of the world. You begin with a single dwarf, and as your experience grows, your tribe expands.

Sandbox World
Each level is packed with layers of earth to explore—from the open sky down to scorching underground lava. Worlds are generated as islands, shaped by natural limits: oceans surround the edges, lava lies beneath, and the sky forms the upper boundary. You’ll also experience day/night cycles and changing weather.
Every world varies in:
- Size
- Humidity
- Temperature
- Terrain
- Plants and wildlife
Hidden deep inside the islands are abandoned halls and rooms that may contain treasure.
Crafting
The crafting system uses a clear, easy-to-read set of recipes. Items are grouped and easy to access, letting you create a wide variety of equipment and supplies, including:
- Building blocks
- Furniture and decorations
- Weapons and armor
- Ammunition
- Food for your dwarves

RTS-Style Colony Play
At the start, you’ll learn recipes for basic tools and items, then build a small home with areas to work, sleep, and eat. As the tribe grows, other factions in the world begin to pay attention. Many of these groups are nocturnal and prefer the underground.
The world is filled with fantasy enemies, such as zombies, skeletons, goblins, beholders, ghosts, giant spiders, and more. Some ignore your dwarves as long as they stay out of sight, while others form large groups and attempt to break into your settlement.
Tower Defense

From time to time, dangerous monster waves emerge through portals. Don’t wait until it’s too late—prepare a secure base with sturdy walls and many defensive features, including:
- Trapdoors
- Cells
- Firing towers
- Secret passageways
Magic
As a divine power, you can use a range of spells. Help your dwarves move faster, open small portals, and light up dark caves to scare off monsters. You can also unleash nature magic like rain or tree growth, throw fireballs at enemies, and locate useful resources and hidden rooms underground. These abilities speed up resource gathering, exploration, and the growth of your helpers.

Benefits
Command Your Dwarves
You’ll need to guide your dwarf warriors against different enemies. Before fights begin, strengthening your forces is essential.
Manage Resources
Resource planning can be tricky, since you’ll constantly decide how to provide food, clothing, and magic support for various characters.
Progressive Growth
You start with nothing, and the next stage of your expansion can be unpredictable. Still, once you grow from a small group into a village, development can accelerate quickly.
Expansive Exploration
Every area can become a new exploration target—from wide open skies to dangerous lava regions filled with surprises.
Dynamic Environments
As day and night shift continuously, weather changes too. Be ready to adapt to these conditions so your settlement stays functional and safe.
