Developer Notes

The developer repeats that they’re not fully confident about the project’s success. Development is moving more slowly than expected, partly because they’re also working on *Aya Edition*, which is progressing slowly as well. They also mention that trying not to follow a too-traditional approach may have ended up hurting them, so for now they ask players to treat the project as an extra bonus.

About v0.1.0: It’s roughly 10,000 words, includes one new CG image, and has no erotic scenes. The focus is introducing characters and setting up the background. The developer doesn’t guarantee how frequently updates will arrive, though they’d like to add about 10,000 words per month if possible. Because they’re already busy with their own work, they can’t make promises. They plan to publish updates whenever they can, but recommend updating about every two months as a safe expectation.

Animation & tools: Characters were made using Live2D. The creator says they’re still new to the technology, and since they handle the animation themselves, it takes even longer. Expressions were added as needed—each time a new expression was required, they would pause, test several approaches, and then see what worked. They describe the process as interesting but very time-consuming.

Missing sprites: At one point, sprites were missing for two characters, but now only one is left. Because creating one more sprite took too long, the developer decided to stop working on that supporting character’s sprite. The remaining missing sprite image is for “Gavin”.

Music: Most of the soundtrack is original. The developer hired two musicians to compose, but they’re slow, so they may need to rely on generic tracks. Currently, only one song in the game is not original.
