Developer Notes

About me: I’m a beginner developer, and I handle most things on my own. For years, I’ve been a Patreon supporter of many adult visual game/novel creators, and I enjoy a wide range of styles and genres.

I started using DAZ3D about a year ago to learn scene building and image rendering. Once I felt comfortable producing decent renders, I moved on to learning Ren’py and began scripting. I’m improving constantly, but I know my rendering quality still doesn’t match the best developers I admire.

I also purchased some animation assets and created a few myself. Animation turned out to be a steep learning curve—my first animation took around 20 hours to render and the result wasn’t good. I set it aside temporarily, went back to tutorials and forums, and worked on improving.

Hopefully, you found the prologue animation acceptable. Next, I plan to run polls about different aspects of the characters and collect feedback to help strengthen the story writing.
