Gameplay

The adventure kicks off in the Wild West—an area where law and order don’t exist, drawing all kinds of criminals into one place. The hero is Stranger, a famed bounty hunter who tracks down wanted criminals and turns them in to the authorities for reward payouts. Those earnings also fund a secret rescue operation tied to the events unfolding in the game.

Before leaving Buzzarton, Stranger discovers that the river near town has dried up due to a dam built by Sekto. As he travels, he learns that Sekto is behind the destruction connected to the Steef centaurs. Along the way, Stranger encounters an unfamiliar settlement—the home of the Grubbs—only to find a demon tormenting them.

Stranger chooses to stay, fighting to protect the town and uncover why the Steef race was wiped out—then seeking revenge for what was done.

First-person / Third-person hybrid combat

What you do in missions

Your main objective is to capture wanted criminals and deliver them to the authorities to earn moolah (the in-game currency).

Capture vs. kill

When you encounter targets, you have two ways to end the fight:

• Stun and capture the criminal.
• Kill them.

If you manage to capture criminals alive, you’ll receive a higher bonus than if you kill them. That said, capturing is tougher—because instead of letting you approach freely, enemies actively fight back and try to escape or defeat you.
