• Each special recipe encourages you to keep improving every order.

Character Customization

In this ice cream adventure, you're free to play as a fan-favorite or create someone entirely your own. Choose to run the shop as Carlo Romano or Koilee, or build a custom character that fits your style.

• Mix colors and styles to design a wardrobe that feels uniquely yours.

Dine-In Experience

When the dining room becomes available, your business expands beyond production. Customers can now enjoy their sundaes in the restaurant, turning your shop into a full dining spot with a cozy atmosphere.

• You'll need to handle higher customer volume.
• Hire a Server to help take and deliver orders efficiently.
• This adds a new strategic layer—you'll balance making sundaes and serving guests while keeping satisfaction high.

Highlights

• As customers like your sundaes and you level up, they'll start ordering bigger sundaes—often with two cookies and scoops, and eventually even three-scoop giant sundaes.
• Some customers (including picky Closers) may begin by ordering larger sundaes right away.
• With higher ranks, Oniontown's seasons and holidays change, bringing new seasonal ingredients for customers to request.
• For each holiday, you'll unlock fresh mix-ins, ice creams, syrups, and toppings—so flavors stay exciting all year long.
• Earn Special Recipes from customers and feature them as the shop's Daily Special. Each special recipe can come with a bonus, and mastering it can lead to an extra prize.
• Choose Carlo Romano or Koilee, or create your own character to manage the shop.
• Show off holiday spirit with a wide variety of seasonal outfits for your workers. Mix and match colors for millions of possible looks.
• Once the dining room opens, customers can eat on-site. Hire a Server to take orders and deliver them to tables.
• Complete tasks and achievements to collect Stickers. Each customer has three favorite stickers—collect all three to earn a new outfit for that customer.
• Decorate the Scooperia lobby with themed furniture and decorations for each holiday. Change the style to keep customers entertained while they wait.
