• Use destroyers for rapid landings: Destroyers built in Mexican and Colombian ports can help ships and troops reach Portugal (also neutral). Then land quickly, use destroyer support, and capture Lisbon.
• Expand while staying alert: After that, the U.S. and Brazil can move in to invade Spain. To remain vigilant, capture as many cities as possible—including ports in southeastern Spain—where you can construct warships.
