You’ll manage your hotel and the facilities inside it. Your responsibilities include recruiting staff, assigning and managing equipment, upgrading what you have, and making sure the hotel stays clean and well maintained.

As you move forward, the challenges become more demanding. Early on, you might start with simple duties like cleaning a guest room. You’ll also need to handle guest requests such as cleaning bathrooms and refilling vending machines.

Facilities Are the Answer

To maximize profit, equip your hotel with as many amenities as possible. Bathrooms are a great starting point, but with consistent effort you can add features like vending machines, restaurants, parking areas, and swimming pools.

Guests typically pay extra for amenities, which increases revenue. Just remember: each amenity requires staff coverage. If you don’t hire quickly, you may end up dealing with long lines and unhappy guests waiting for service.

Human Resources

Each facility needs dedicated attention. Bathrooms must be restocked with toilet paper. Guests should be able to use areas like the parking lot. Restaurants require serving guests and clearing tables after meals. The pool also needs ongoing care, including clean towels and well-prepared lounge chairs.

UPDATED REVIEW (from 1 star to 5 stars): The update dated 4/27/25 with special guests caused me to stop playing for about five months. After I saw a new update, I decided to try again—and I’m really glad I did. It looks like the special guests were removed, and I’m thankful for that. Without them draining your money, the game is much more enjoyable. I had already paid for ad-free content before the special guests update. Great job to the developers for listening and improving the game!
