The game includes many branching story paths to uncover, and you’ll meet over 21 attractive women, each with their own personality. Every woman comes with her own storyline, private secrets, and specific turn-ons.

The developer plans to keep improving the experience with new story scenes and additional erotic animations for both male and female protagonists, adding more content and replay value over time.
Gameplay Overview
In Love Sex Second Base, you manage two main systems:
- Needs
- Attributes
You’ll also track several romance-related stats. There are three core values:

- Love Points (Love)
- Kink Points (Sub)
- Girl Points (Gp)

Some romance options include extra stats—details are shown in their individual sections.
Actions, Costs, and Requirements
During the game, you perform actions to explore, interact, and progress. Actions can take time and/or consume attributes. If you hover over an action icon, you can see exactly what it will cost you before committing.
Many actions also require specific conditions, such as:
- Meeting certain need thresholds
- Having enough attributes
- Having the right characters present in the room
- Being in the correct season

Playable Characters
You can play as either:
- Male: Mike
- Female: Bree
Note: Mike currently has substantially more content than Bree.
Energy, Hunger, Grooming, and Fun
Your key meters can be refilled through specific activities:
Energy
- Sleep (your bedroom) — faster if you bought the luxury bed at the mall
- Drink coffee (kitchen) — once per day, free action
- Take a break (office) — free action
- Drink an energy drink (bakery) — costs 25 Money, consumable
Coffee can only be used one time per day, either:

- Kitchen: +2 Energy
- Office break: +1 Energy and +1 Fun
Hunger
- Have a meal (kitchen)
- Eat a hotdog (mall) — 5 Money
- Eat a hamburger (pub) — 25 Money
- Eat a pastry (bakery) — 25 Money, consumable
Grooming
- Shower (bathroom) — access rules apply: at lower Love Points, your housemates may not allow you to enter the bathroom while they’re there
- Eat a mint candy (bakery) — 25 Money, consumable
Fun
- Watch TV (living room)
- Play video games (after getting the Z-box via purchase or gift)
- Play an arcade game (arcade) — 1 Money
- Take a break (office)
- Read a fun book (bookstore) — 25 Money
- Watch a movie (movie theater) — 10 Money
- Masturbate (living room) — free action, but requires under yellow Fun
- Compliment and kiss romance options
Sending messages to everyone in your contacts is a great way to raise Fun and Love Points at the same time.
Need Thresholds (How Needs Affect Actions)
- If a Need drops below 5, it blocks a small number of actions.
- If Needs are yellow (at 3 or below), most actions are blocked.
- If Needs are red (at 0), almost everything is blocked except the most basic actions like sleeping, eating, and fixing the need currently in red.
Story Summary
Love & Sex: Second Base

Love & Sex: Second Base is a dating sim where you (a geeky guy or girl—hopefully you) become roommates with two very attractive people and meet many others through everyday life.
You can choose to play as a guy or a girl, then interact with a lineup of characters that feel distinct and memorable.
The core goal is simple: date,
To pull it off, you’ll need to manage your stats, understand your current “conquests”, and play strategically.
The story runs on a calendar system set to one year made of four months/seasons (summer, autumn, spring, winter). Each season has 30 days and includes holidays. Both the protagonist and potential dates have birthdays**, and the game lets the calendar affect reactions.
Keep in mind: characters can react to each other, and if you juggle multiple partners, you may face consequences. The game also supports dating and phone interactions, so you can invite characters, request their contact info, and exchange messages (including more explicit ones).
Mike and Bree live in a small house and do boring jobs, but as the game progresses, you can improve your situation.
Each character has their own schedule. They appear in different places at different times, wear different outfits, and choose different activities. When you meet someone, you can:
- Talk to them
- Give gifts
- Compliment them
- Ask for dates
- Ask for their number or birthday
In short: their daily lives—and their love lives—are largely in your hands.
At the start, the Introduction includes a questionnaire that affects some of your
