Private Eyes & Secret Desires is a story-focused casual game that follows a couple as their relationship slowly takes a darker turn. As you make decisions along the way, you’ll unlock different branches of the plot and arrive at multiple endings.

When their detective agency runs out of money, the couple is pushed into a bargain with the devil—forcing them to become a subordinate of a rival agency and infiltrate the underworld. With a new boss calling the shots (and hiding their own agenda), you’ll need to choose carefully across different storylines to help the couple survive the fallout.

As the narrative continues, the couple may fall further into temptation together—or only one partner may cross the line while the other stays loyal. This shifting dynamic is a big part of what makes the game so intriguing. As the story progresses, you’ll also earn a variety of themed animated achievements.

However, they quickly discover that their boss has hidden motives. And it doesn’t stop there—so what does that mean for the protagonists?

• I really don’t understand why some people rate this game 2 stars. Both character models look great, and while the story pacing isn’t quite as smooth or fast as in NTR-focused games, the plot still has something interesting. It’s not typical, and I’d especially recommend it if you like the NTR genre—and if the developer leans more into detective work.

  

• The character designs are excellent for now. They feel different from other games I’ve played. The FMC is particularly impressive. We’re still at the early stage of the protagonists’ relationship, which is a strong start. I’d like to see even more scenes that show the MMC’s corruption, but I understand it’s only the beginning. In short: good script, great character design, and the corruption/relationship system could become even better—I’m looking forward to more development.

• A corruption game with a beautiful pair of detective leads. I really enjoy the way the story is told, with different scenes and characters that are fun to watch. My only complaint is that I wanted more “hot” scenes featuring the female protagonist. Still, the presentation and storytelling make it likely to become one of my favorites, and the built-in cheat mode makes it an easy win for me.
