Great support! After installing the app for the first time, my prepaid number appeared as postpaid. I emailed the support team about the issue, not expecting a reply—but they responded the very next working day and fixed it. Impressive—keep up the good work!

The app is clearly well designed and the interface is easy to navigate. I could recharge and check my account information, and it’s especially helpful while I’m abroad to confirm my number’s validity status. My only suggestion: on the home screen, I can see the validity of my recharge plan, but not the validity of my main account. To view that, I have to open the profile and account information page. If this could be shown on the home screen too, it would feel more user-friendly. Great job!

I originally rated the registration with a one-star error after logging in with OTP to add other numbers. I then uninstalled and reinstalled the app and created a new account without OTP login. This time, I could log in and add other numbers without any issues—so I’ve updated my rating to five stars.
