• What is authentication? Why is it needed before pension disbursement?

  Authentication is a verification step to ensure the monthly pension funds reach the people who are entitled to them. It is performed periodically so the pension recipients are confirmed.

• Does authentication have different levels?

  Yes. Authentication is conducted on a scale of 1, 2, and 3.

• How often is authentication carried out?

  • Monthly for veteran fund recipients.
  • Every two months for pension recipients who are single, orphans, or widows with no other heirs.
  • Every three months for pension recipients who still have heirs (children or spouse).



• If an active civil servant dies, what will the heirs receive? What are the requirements?

  If an active civil servant dies, the heirs (spouse/children) may receive THT (Endowment Allowance), death insurance, condolences, burial funds, and scholarships (in accordance with PP 70/2015 and PP 66/2017).

  Application requirements include:

  • 1. Completed Payment Request Form (FPP).

  

  • 2. Original Salary Receipt Detailed Extract (KPPG) prepared by the salary treasurer based on the month of the incident.

  

  • 3. Copy of the death certificate legalized by the Village Head/Head of the Village/Hospital. If a death certificate with a barcode has been issued, legalization is not required.
