Spark: Chords, Backing Tracks Mod
Spark Amp shines with a huge library of backing tracks. Whether you’re picking up the guitar for the first time or you’ve been playing for years, these tracks give you a solid musical base for practice. The best part is how easy they are to follow—each track comes with guiding videos—so you can jump in and play along with your favorite songs quickly.
On top of backing tracks, Spark Amp also includes chord tutorials. If you learn best from written tabs, you’ll find plenty of songs to keep you busy, and you won’t run out of practice material.

Comments
Review update: After waiting a few months, the reviewer finally received their Spark Amp. They said the amp models sounded good and that Smart Jam worked well, but they ran into a major problem with Auto Chords. They synced the app with Apple Music, downloaded multiple songs, and then tried to play along—however, none of the songs would play. They noted that chord charts were mostly accurate, but playback never worked for jamming, which was disappointing since Auto Chords was the reason they purchased the amp. They tried updating firmware, power-cycling the amp, deleting/reinstalling the app on both iPad and iPhone, and ensuring the amp wasn’t connected to both devices at the same time. They contacted Positive Grid. In an update, Positive Grid replied within a day, saying they had updated the app to fix the issue. The reviewer then reported that Auto Chords worked great and that they’re loving the amp.

Another review (partial): The reviewer rated the product very poorly and described the amp itself as muddy and bass-heavy even when using the bass port. They also felt the bass controls in the app didn’t help much, and that treble controls either made the tone harsh or did little. They tried multiple guitar models including a Strat, Tele, Les Paul, ES335, Firebird, Explorer, Gretsch, and Yamaha.
