The UKG Ready mobile app (previously known as Kronos Workforce Ready) helps you handle HR, payroll, talent, and time needs from anywhere—whenever it’s convenient for you. You’ll have the key information you need right at your fingertips, so you can complete everyday tasks more easily and stay balanced at work and in your personal life.

Features

• If your administrator hasn’t enabled this new app for your organization, you won’t be able to access it. Check with your manager or company admin to get set up.
• During sign-in, you must choose the region you’re using with UKG Ready, and enter the Company Shortname (a unique identifier your company administrator provides).
• After entering your region and Company Shortname, you’ll be asked to provide your Company, Username, and Password. If you’re stuck, your COMPANY ADMIN can assist you.
• Your company must use approval workflows to handle To Do Items.
• Supported timesheet types are limited to Bulk Hours and Start/End (All Days) only.
• Your administrator should share your company’s Short Name with you so you can log in.
