Beat Street is a fast, upbeat side-scrolling action game set in a city overrun by hostile gangs. Your mission is to fight your way through the chaos, defeat gang members, and rescue the people of the city. Choose from unique fighters, unleash their abilities, and use smart movement to come out on top in every clash—then cash in rewards like gems and coins to strengthen your character.

The game is built to keep improving over time. New battle scenes, additional characters, and fresh gameplay modes will be added as updates roll out—so keep an eye out for what’s next.

Gameplay

When you begin, you’ll go through a short tutorial that explains the controls. During this section, you’ll also learn the different fighting moves you can use in combat, helping you understand what to do before you face real enemies.

After the tutorial, you’ll receive a scroll tied to a special move you can use against opponents.

Your first mission starts in the initial city, where you’ll battle a gang of rats that’s taking control. Use the moves you learned in the tutorial to clear enemies. Alongside a health bar, you’ll also have an energy bar. When your energy bar fills, you can activate your special move—an intense sequence of combo attacks designed to quickly wipe out foes.

To build energy, keep landing hits on enemies. At the end of each city, you’ll face a gang leader—they’re stronger than the regular henchmen, so expect tougher fights. During battles, you’ll earn gold coins you can spend on upgrades and purchases.

You can also earn scrolls, which let you perform additional special moves during fights. Leveling up requires collecting character icons, and you’ll need a specific number before your character can increase their level. As you progress, you can unlock other heroes and add them to your roster. Just remember: enemies get stronger as the story moves forward.

Tips for Winning

• Often, you can succeed by punching and then moving out of the way quickly. Movement is controlled by dragging your finger across the screen.



• When enemies crowd you, ducking and dodging are essential.
• Use quick bursts: move in, tap a few times to strike, then back out before you get hit.



• Avoid getting trapped between two or more enemies. If attacks come from both sides, taking damage becomes unavoidable—and knockouts happen faster than you’d expect.
• Smash mailboxes and other breakable objects. You’ll often get coins, and sometimes even a weapon. Weapons aren’t permanent, but they boost damage for a short time.
• Try to save your special attack for near the end of a level. Boss fights are where combo pressure matters most—don’t waste it on easy targets.
• After each level, you’ll receive rewards and may be able to watch an advert to double your coin earnings. If available, watching the ad can greatly speed up leveling.
• Replay earlier stages to earn additional stars, especially after leveling up a few times—older levels become much easier.
• As you play, you’ll gradually collect keys. These unlock special chests that can contain gems, coins, and other bonuses—so check back periodically.
• Log in daily to claim a chest-based log-in bonus. Check in when you can, even if you don’t have time to play.
• Complete daily quests for easy coin gains. Actions like building combos, getting hit a set number of times, or defeating a required number of enemies can all reward coins.
