The tutorial mainly covers basic takeoff and landing, along with securing both licenses for your first aircraft. After that, once you’re flying on your own, check the settings menu (open it using the gear icon at the lower-left corner of the main screen).

There are many in-game options, but start with the ones that affect controls. Look for the Sensitivity Adjustment setting so you can dial in a response level that feels right. You can also choose your input method: either an Accelerometer or a Virtual Joystick. The default medium sensitivity with accelerometer often works well, but it’s worth testing multiple setups to find what suits you best.
