YourHour is a digital health management hub built to help you understand how serious excessive smartphone use can be. It’s designed to make smartphone dependence easier to recognize—by reviewing your activity from the last 7 days, the app groups you into one of six smartphone addiction types, ranging from “Addict” all the way to “Champion.”

With YourHour, you can also monitor your daily phone habits and get a clearer picture of how much time you spend on low-value or unnecessary app use.

Dashboard: Your Complete Day at a Glance

The Dashboard gathers key details in one place. It keeps track of your Usage Time and Unlock Count, and presents a clear comparison view of today versus your past 7 days activity using infographics.

Goal Spots: Understand Your Current Level

Based on your last 7 days data, YourHour identifies which of these six categories you currently fit: Addicted, Obsessed, Dependent, Habitual, Achiever, and Champion.

“Clock Timer”: Watch the Days Pass

The Floating Timer is a unique feature that shows real-time statistics. It stays visible while you’re using other apps so you can see your time slipping by. You can drag and drop it anywhere on the screen. As you approach your set limit, the timer color shifts from Green to Amber to Red, clearly signaling when your preset threshold has been reached.

YourHour intentionally does not block notifications or calls, so you remain the best judge of how you’re spending your time.

This section gives you deeper insights using a progress bar to show how much time you’ve spent on each app compared with its set limit. It also includes multiple options you can personalize based on your preferences.

Phone’s Daily Routine

The Timeline works like a day-long diary of what’s happening on your phone. It logs activity minute by minute—so you can quickly see the what, when, and how much for every app you use.

Multiple Detailed Reports

Enjoy analytics across Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports. Each day, you receive a consolidated daily summary via notification. Premium members can also export weekly and monthly reports as PDF.

Export Data to XLSX

YourHour does not store personal data. Instead, everything is saved in local storage. You can export your full dataset to an Excel (XLSX) file—from your installation date—so you can analyze trends and stats over time.

The table summaries are built from the time you’re actively using your phone. When you access random apps during the day, that usage is recorded. YourHour also splits the table into time segments so you can see when your usage happened—not just how much.

Color-Coded Alerts

When you use your phone less, chart colors change accordingly. Columns are color-coded so you can quickly interpret your behavior. You’ll see red columns when you go beyond your allowed limit, while normal usage shows the chart in green.

Customizable Preferences
