No. Lockerfox protects privacy and does not share personal information about bidders.

Will you share my contact details with the buyer?

No. Lockerfox does not provide your information to the winning bidder.

How much does Lockerfox cost?

Lockerfox provides online bidding for storage auctions. The service fee is 10% of the winning bid, with a $10.00 minimum. For example, if you win for $250, your credit card is charged $25. You would still need to bring $250 (plus any applicable tax or cleaning deposit) to the facility and pay that amount in cash.

Why was I charged sales tax on my unit?

Sales tax decisions are made by each facility independently. Lockerfox does not control whether tax is applied. If you have questions, you’ll need to contact the facility directly.
