Relias Learner

Mobile learning for a mobile life. Take your Relias training with you wherever you go. Log into the Relias Platform from your phone or tablet to open and finish the training assigned to you.

Need to complete a course? Start it and complete your assigned work directly inside the app—there’s no need to sign in through any external login screens. Use the flexibility of Relias Learner to work through your courses whenever it fits your schedule, then earn completion and stay compliant at your own pace.

Designed for healthcare clinicians. The Relias Learner app makes it easy to connect to the Relias Platform for education and compliance training that you’re assigned. From within the app, you can access your Relias account to begin or wrap up courses on any device.

On the home screen, you can see which courses are assigned to you and review the completion percentage for each training.

Automatic updates. Courses you complete in the Relias Learner app will automatically sync with the Platform (and the Platform syncs back as well). This helps your supervisor pull reports with up-to-date accuracy.

App Functions

Search

Use the Search tab to find courses in the Course Library and enroll. You can search by keywords or topics, then narrow results using filters such as:

• Courses with CEUs for your Licenses
• Pro on the Go courses
• Courses in a specific language

Tap a course title (or More Details) to read the description and enroll. Once you enroll, the course appears under your assignments on the Home tab.

Please Note: Some courses may not be available to complete in the mobile app. If you enroll in one of these courses, you’ll see a message stating it isn’t available.

Licenses

From the mobile app, you can manage licenses and certifications linked to your account. Keeping your license added helps you access certificates that include CE credit, so it’s recommended that you add it.

Add a license/certification by tapping Add License / Certification. To update an existing entry, tap the license card or More Details.

The license entry screens include the same fields you’d expect on desktop. Any required fields are marked with an asterisk. After entering your Professional Role, State / Province, and License / Certification, you can tap View CEU Guidance to see details about the accrediting body and CEU approval.

Be sure to enter your full and accurate Professional Number so CE reporting can happen automatically. When all required fields are complete, tap Save to add the license or certification to your account.

Transcript

The Transcript tab lets you access modules you’ve completed. Tap a course card, then tap View Course to open the course details page. From there, you can complete any required evaluation and access certificates.

When downloading a certificate, select the certificate you want to download and enter any required information. After that, your certificate will download and show sharing options on your device.

To change the language of the Relias Learner app, go to More, tap Change Language, and choose your preferred language.

Please Note: Changing language only updates the language of the app features. It does not change the language of the course content.

To sign out, open the More tab and tap Log Out.

User Tips

• Use downtime: While you’re waiting, taking a break, or between tasks, open the app to continue your assigned courses and keep making progress.
• Set reminders: Add reminders in the app for when you want to complete specific courses so you don’t miss important training requirements.
• Personalize your learning: The app lets you customize your experience to fit how you like to study.
