FAQ
My video shows the WRONG time—what’s going on?
Your video uses the time zone that was active when you created it. If you recorded in one time zone and build the video in another, your photos may appear in the wrong locations. Unfortunately, you can’t change the time/date/time zone for an activity after the fact. As a workaround, you can manually place your photos on the correct spots.
How can I avoid battery drain?
Relive needs to stay open and running while you record so it can collect your data. When recording directly in Relive, there’s limited guidance we can offer to reduce battery use. A better option is to record with one of our partner apps and then connect it to Relive. After you link a partner app, your activities will automatically import into Relive, and you can continue creating your video stories.
I have two accounts—how do I keep everything in just one?
It’s possible you created a second account using a different email address. If you share a few details with us below, we can help combine everything so your activities and any subscriptions end up in a single account.
Why does the distance look inconsistent during recording vs. in the final video?
Route distance while tracking isn’t always perfectly accurate. Once your route is uploaded to Relive, the app applies filtering and removes unreliable GPS points—such as areas where the signal was weak or the GPS “jumped.” Because this filtering happens after the activity finishes, you may notice differences between what you saw while recording and the final distance.
Reviews

- “It’s a funny app that records my exercise life. It makes me want to walk more. I recently earned my 1000 km medal after several years. I never thought I could do it. Recently I noticed the date on a workout wasn’t correct—it showed ‘tomorrow’ even though I did it today. Thanks for being able to fix it.”
- “I’m a Plus subscriber. The Relive app is brilliant, but I ran into an issue with ‘trim route’. I saved an activity and the video is created. However, when I select ‘trim route’, it says I can only trim after the video has been created. Could you please help?”
- “I’m using the free version. I can’t create a video.”
