Our team is built around two priorities: excellent client care and strong veterinary healthcare. Our veterinarians are skilled, compassionate, and happy to walk you through every step of your pet’s treatment—so you know what’s happening and why.

To help you and your pet feel comfortable, we recommend getting to know 2–3 of our doctors. That way, if your regular veterinarian is unavailable, there’s still a familiar, caring team member ready to help.

What to Expect at Your Visit

Every appointment includes a complete physical exam. If your visit is for vaccinations or a heartworm test, your veterinarian will perform a thorough complementary exam first, ensuring your pet is healthy before receiving any vaccines.

It can also help to keep ongoing notes at home. Track items like your pet’s elimination habits, any physical changes, unusual behaviors, diet, and routine shifts. Bring those notes with you to the clinic—small details that seem unrelated can often help explain results from medical tests.

Pet Overpopulation Support

We recognize the ongoing issue of pet overpopulation. If you adopted a pet within the last month from an organized, not-for-profit rescue group or shelter, we will waive the initial exam fee. Please bring the adoption paperwork that came with your animal. Please note that additional service or vaccine charges may still apply.

Appointments

For the best care possible, the clinic operates by appointment only. This helps ensure personalized attention and reduces wait times. While the clinic strives to see every patient on schedule, delays can happen due to emergencies.

Missed Appointment Policy

Missed visits and last-minute cancellations create openings that could have helped other pets. These situations may also result in a no-show fee.

New clients: A credit card must be kept on file when scheduling.

Existing clients: If you miss an appointment and do not cancel ahead of time, you’ll be required to leave a credit card deposit before booking your next appointment.

To help you avoid the no-show fee, the clinic requests cancellations no later than the evening before your scheduled appointment. The clinic understands emergencies happen and management will review same-day cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
