Lately though, I’ve run into bugs: when I try to call the fire brigade, the text near the top shows gibberish instead of ‘Call Fire Brigade’; sometimes the game freezes for a second and then continues; and if I try to take a screenshot of the map, the game crashes. I’m not sure if it’s my phone or the game itself—could you please investigate and fix the issue? Thanks!”

If you log in daily, you can even get thousands of diamonds. My only real problem is that you can’t save cities, progress, and diamonds across devices—when I got a new phone, even after signing in, my old city and diamonds were gone. No cities, no diamonds, nothing. It wasn’t disastrous, just a bit tedious.”
