Program & Cost Information
Degree or Certificate?

An associate degree helps prepare you for a career or for transferring to another college or university. As a full-time student, you may finish required coursework in as little as two years. You can also study part-time and complete your associate degree at a schedule that works best for you.
Certificates are a great option if you want faster training to start a career, improve existing skills, or follow a new interest. You can also “ladder” your education—earn a certificate first (which can take as little as one year), then continue earning your degree while you work in your chosen field.
We’re Affordable
When budgeting matters, MWCC aims to reduce tuition stress. The Mount cost of attendance is designed to avoid sticker shock, offering value compared to private institutions and even many public universities.
Mount Wachusett Community College offers one of the lowest tuitions in New England at $6,700 per year, along with more than $325,000 in scholarships awarded through the MWCC Foundation each year. With affordable tuition and comprehensive financial aid options, MWCC helps make a college education accessible. Check your eligibility for FREE college through MassReconnect.
Transfer Is Easy
MWCC has transfer agreements with many colleges in Massachusetts and beyond. That means your earned credits can move with you toward a bachelor’s degree and further education.
After you’re accepted, your MWCC Academic Counselor will help you set goals and guide you throughout the process so you stay on track for a successful transfer.
