Story

Not long from now, a small island nation faces a serious problem. The number of students graduating has dropped sharply, university seats are going unfilled, and the country is at risk of widespread unemployment and economic instability.

To stop the fallout, the government launches emergency measures. Anyone over eighteen who either failed or was expelled from school is required to return to education—sent to a range of special facilities.

In The Headmaster, you step into the role of a psychology expert with unconventional ideas for handling the crisis. After presenting your methods at a teachers’ conference, you’re contacted by a representative from a mysterious organization. They offer you a chance to apply for headmaster (principal) of one of the newly established schools for students over eighteen. Eager to prove your approach, you accept.

Now you must use your disciplinary methods to transform a whole school full of wayward young women into hardworking, obedient students. It won’t be simple: you’ll need to win over your colleagues, handle the unusual demands set by the school’s owners, and manage pressure from a persistent government inspector.
