Fresh Story follows Kate as she starts over in the big city. New beginnings come with plenty of pressure—real-life problems, everyday temptations, and the challenge of figuring out who’s sincere and who isn’t. Along the way, Kate meets new coworkers and develops friendships at work, including with Kira, but not everyone has good intentions.

Will Kate be able to find calm and something like love in a place that never stops moving? As her story progresses, she encounters a wide range of characters, builds chemistry through key interactions, and unlocks matching erotic scenes along with animations for ongoing replay value. The game will keep expanding with new characters and erotic plotlines—so keep an eye out for updates.

Story

This is a continuation of a visual novel about a girl who decides to begin again in the big city. Unfortunately, moving doesn’t erase the past—old debts, buried emotions, and difficult choices resurface at the worst possible times.

On her journey, Kate faces setbacks and temptations. Whether she’s working as a waitress in a Maid café or as an office assistant, she has to keep going—finding allies, dealing with rivals, and navigating schemes and surprising romantic turns. Can she carve out a place in the sunshine, and decide who deserves her trust with her heart?

And that’s only the start: a much larger world is opening up for Kate, and it’s up to you to explore it.

Changelog

Season 3 (Version 1)

The first release of Season 3 is ready and available to download. This build includes about one tenth of the planned content and focuses mainly on the main route. The Paul and Kira branches are planned for later.

Some planned features didn’t make it into this release, but they’ll be added in future updates. The developer is also looking for a UI designer to help refresh the interface.

Save transfer from Season 2

To continue your choices into Season 3, download the latest Season 2 build on the same device, load your last save, and play through to the end.

Ren’Py saves your variables locally, and Season 3 will read them when you start a new game. Since there aren’t many dependencies yet, players who don’t transfer should still have a correct experience.

Quest system changes

The quest module was rebuilt from scratch because the previous one caused translation problems. Minor issues may still be present, and they’ll be addressed during the week.

Audio and UI

• Sounds and music will be added during the week.
• Expect possible small interface adjustments as well.

Café minigame

Right now, the café minigame is mainly an introduction to how things work. The content and functionality will be expanded in the next update.

Known issue

Sometimes quests in the journal can “stick” and fail to switch. A temporary workaround is to press the Map button. A permanent fix is currently being worked on.

Player Comments

One reviewer said the content was roughly 10 minutes, with several sections feeling like repeated scenes (such as customer moments and making coffee). They described the dialogue as basic and felt like the game was simply “going through the motions,” possibly due to translation issues. They also reported multiple image errors—such as problems on the phone or when taking photos. Overall, they felt the game was too boring for them without enough life, humor, or excitement, though they noted the renders looked decent.
